چکیده
ABSTRACT In mammals, sperm-borne regulators can be transferred to oocytes during fertilization and have different effects on the formation of pronuclei, first cleavage zygotes, development preimplantation embryos even metabolism individuals after birth. The regulatory role sperm microRNAs (miRNAs) in bovine has not been reported detail. By constructing screening miRNA expression libraries, we found that miR-202 was highly enriched sperm. As a target gene miR-202, co-injection SEPT7 siRNA partially reverse accelerated caused by inhibitor. addition, both mimic delayed somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos, suggesting miR-202-SEPT7 mediates delay embryos. further exploring relationship between miR-202/SEPT7, HDAC6 acetylated α-tubulin embryonic development, investigated how regulates process demonstrate potential miRNAs improve efficiency SCNT.

miR-23b regulates cytoskeletal remodeling, motility and metastasis by directly targeting multiple transcripts
Uncontrolled cell proliferation and cytoskeletal remodeling are responsible for tumor development and ultimately metastasis. A number of studies have implicated microRNAs in the regulation of cancer cell invasion and migration. Here, we show that miR-23b regulates focal adhesion, cell spreading, cell-cell junctions and the formation of lamellipodia in breast cancer (BC), implicating a central r...
متن کاملTiming of The First Zygotic Cleavage Affects Post-Vitrification Viability of Murine Embryos Produced In Vivo
Background Timing of the first zygotic cleavage is an accurate predictor of embryo quality. Embryos that cleaved early (EC) have been shown to exhibit higher developmental viability compared to those that cleaved at a later period (LC). However, the viability of EC embryos in comparison to LC embryos after vitrification is unknown. The present study aims to investigate the post-vitrification de...
متن کاملSex Determination by Polymerase Chain Reaction and Karyotyping of Bovine Embryos at First Cleavage in vitro
The purpose of this study was to compare the embryo sexing methods between PCR and karyotyping of in vitro produced (IVP) bovine embryos at the 2-cell stage. The embryos were divided into 3 groups according to the time of first cleavage completion. Zygotes cleaving before 24 hours postinsemination (hpi), during 24-36 hpi and after 36 hpi were classified as fast, intermediate and slow cleaving e...
متن کاملCleavage Events and Sperm Dynamics in Chick Intrauterine Embryos
This study was undertaken to elucidate detailed event of early embryogenesis in chicken embryos using a noninvasive egg retrieval technique before oviposition. White Leghorn intrauterine eggs were retrieved from 95 cyclic hens aged up to 54-56 weeks and morphogenetic observation was made under both bright field and fluorescent image in a time course manner. Differing from mammals, asymmetric cl...
متن کاملmiR-34a Regulates Sperm Motility in Zebrafish
Increasing attention has been focused on the role of microRNAs in post-transcription regulation during spermatogenesis. Recently, the miR-34 family has been shown to be involved in the spermatogenesis, but the clear function of the miR-34 family in spermatogenesis is still obscure. Here we analyzed the function of miR-34a, a member of the miR-34 family, during spermatogenesis using miR-34a knoc...
